Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing remote data entry and technical assistance to our clients. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. You'll work closely with our team to resolve technical issues, provide training and support, and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter, update, and verify data accurately in our database systems

  • Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or remote desktop
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure
  • Conduct site visits to investigate issues and provide on-site support
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure exceptional customer service

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in IT support, technical assistance, or a related field

  • Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Windows, Cisco VPN, Citrix, and other relevant technologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with remote desktop applications, such as Citrix or VMware

  • Knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
  • Experience with data entry software, such as Excel or Access
  • Certification in IT support, technical assistance, or a related field
