Job Responsibilities:

As an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing customer orders and resolving any issues related to order fulfillment
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry within our online database
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures

Key Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with customer service software and online databases
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a customer service or retail environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with online chat software and social media platforms
