Job Responsibilities:
As an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Processing customer orders and resolving any issues related to order fulfillment
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry within our online database
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
- Working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures
Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with customer service software and online databases
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
