Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our application support team by accurately and efficiently processing data, retrieving documents, and performing routine tasks. Key Responsibilities

* Use designated work instructions and other guidelines to execute critical and routine tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

• Retrieve documents and data from authorized databases to perform routine tasks, including data entry, validation, corrections, and updates.
• Accurately enter all relevant information in multiple eligibility and tracking systems.
• Follow extensive work instructions and prescribed department procedures to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Determine if an image requires an appointment to be rescheduled and take necessary actions.
• Meet individual and unit performance goals and standards as defined by management.
• Attend and successfully complete job-related and industry-specific systems and policy training as required.
• Review and analyze discrepancies in data received, request clarification, and effectively raise queries to the team supervisor to resolve uncertainties and questions.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

• Experience working in a health or human services call center (not required but preferred)
• Knowledge of the community to be served
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
• Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field

• Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
