Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering and Transportation Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Transportation department, you'll be responsible for supporting our H.L. Transportation Fleet, analyzing data, and developing solutions to optimize our logistics operations. Key Responsibilities

* Assist the H.L. Transportation Fleet by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing solutions to optimize logistics operations

• Collaborate with managers to outline and prioritize business needs, ensuring that our transportation operations are aligned with company goals
• Integrate multiple data assets across various database platforms, providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Build, create, and maintain multiple Excel spreadsheets, using data visualization techniques to communicate complex information to stakeholders
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve transportation operations, including route optimization, freight management, and inventory control

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field is preferred

• Previous experience with Microsoft Excel is required, with proficiency in advanced functions, such as pivot tables, macros, and data visualization
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access is preferred, with experience in database design, development, and maintenance
• Strong typing and 10-key skills are preferred, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into various systems
• Must pass a Background Check and a Drug Test
