Key Responsibilities

As a Travel Agent Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Booking travel experiences for clients, including cruises, Disney vacations, major attraction tickets, theme park tickets, sporting events, airline tickets, car rentals, train tickets, yachts, resort stays, concerts, hotels, and all-inclusive packages
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Working closely with our team to ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients
• Maintaining accurate records of client bookings and travel itineraries
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our clients receive the best possible travel experiences
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, travel, or related field preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
• Proficient in using social media platforms to promote travel experiences and engage with clients
