Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages that meet business needs
- Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, creating intricate reports, and performing in-depth data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
- Designing and developing packages for internal clients
- Evaluating data needs for assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Transforming data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Presenting findings and recommendations to internal clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2-4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
+ Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.) + Excel + Visual Basic for Applications + Reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
- Reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
- Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience
