Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including data entry, data analysis, and problem-solving. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring that all information is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

• Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, providing insights to inform business decisions.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve data-related issues, working collaboratively with our team to ensure that all problems are addressed promptly and efficiently.
• CAPAS Operations: Support the implementation of CAPAS carrier catalog offerings, incorporating progressive enhancements into all elements of the CAPAS operations.
• Clinical Overview: Support the implementation of patron PA documents at some point in the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process.
• Matrixed Environment: Demonstrate arenaflex values, including collaboration and accountability, to encourage alternate and pressure alignment in matrixed surroundings.

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of analytical experience working with large data sets for projects or trending/possibility identification.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate complex/technical ideas to non-technical/lay users.
• Self-motivated with a strong, effective attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

* RxClaim experience, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse.
• Experience using MS Access database.
