Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced full stack data entry specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our IT support team, you'll be responsible for providing specialized help for network framework and internal work area frameworks programming and equipment. This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive daily rate of $260. If you have strong data entry skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for remote work, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities
As a full stack data entry specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Entering, updating, and verifying data accurately and efficiently
- Investigating and resolving technical issues related to PC frameworks, workstations, servers, and organization issues
- Providing specialized help to PC framework clients, including answering questions or resolving PC issues via phone or remote access
- Assisting clients with the use of PC equipment and software, including printing, installation, project frameworks (SPLUS, ETPS2, and E2K, etc.), email, and working frameworks
- Maintaining passwords, data integrity, and record framework security
- Conducting site visits within the region to investigate issues and introduce or update equipment and programming as needed
- Communicating with clients via telephone to discuss distinguished issues or concerns and resolve the issues
- Exploring distinguished issues by gathering clarification, investigating web information destinations, and accessing internal site (i.e., project notebook) to identify solutions and work towards resolution
- Conducting follow-up with clients to confirm issues were resolved completely
- Completing service orders to avoid functional delays in resolving issues
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Working Frameworks (client/server)
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, Distant Work area Applications, Dynamic Catalog, and other Internet browsers
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Certification in data entry, IT support, or a related field
