What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Verifying, responding to, and dispatching emergency signals in a timely and efficient manner
  • Answering incoming calls and notifying customers of non-emergency signals, providing clear and concise information
  • Processing basic data changes to customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handling signals from one location/area and TTY stations, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve issues
  • Working weekends, holidays, and shifts with potential for mandatory overtime, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to our customers

What is Required (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet usage, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Excellent communication, listening, and decision-making skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changes in the work environment, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to concentrate on tasks without being distracted, maintaining a high level of productivity and focus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

While not required, having the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

  • 0-2 years of experience in alarm monitoring or related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Certification in alarm monitoring services, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field
