The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote sales links and offer discounts to customers as needed

Requirements:

* Basic English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively through live chat conversations

  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat software

* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online

  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer support platforms
  • Strong typing skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
