What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the initial point of contact for inbound participant requests and questions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Act as an initial point of contact: Respond to participant inquiries and provide timely support via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Maintain product and system knowledge: Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and systems to deliver accurate and effective support to internal and external partners.
- Field daily calls: Engage with HRS participants, addressing their questions and concerns regarding arenaflex's products and services.
- Log and document participant conversations/issues: Accurately record and document participant interactions, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Provide real-time technical support: Assist participants using the automated phone system and employee website, ensuring a seamless user experience.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous open enrollment experience: A background in open enrollment or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in computer software packages: Familiarity with HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS is essential for this role.
- Knowledge of renewing health and benefits plans: A solid understanding of health and benefits plans, including renewals and updates.
- Ability to update enrollments, policies, and rates: Accurately update participant enrollments, policies, and rates in a timely and efficient manner.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to participant inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
