Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media
  • Guiding customers through website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience
  • Referring complex queries or complaints to the relevant department, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
  • Assisting customers with order processing, modification of existing orders, and shipment details, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service will be a plus point
  • English language proficiency (written and verbal) is a must; fluency in additional languages is a plus
  • Proficiency in computer use and basic skills in troubleshooting technical errors are necessary
  • Online U.S residents are eligible to apply for this role

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be considered a plus:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Amazon products and services, or a similar e-commerce platform
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
