Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Warranty Support

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues in a fast-paced call center environment. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your goal will be to exceed customer expectations while navigating complex warranty claims and administrative services.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with customers, providing clear and concise information about their warranty and ancillary products

  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of our warranty and ancillary products
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements

* Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Compensation: Competitive starting rate of $18.50, with opportunities for advancement and bonuses
