Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for answering, responding to, and following up on alarm activity, ensuring the highest level of customer service and support. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Verify, respond to, and dispatch on emergency signals, ensuring prompt and effective action
  • Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Process basic data changes to customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Work effectively with internal teams, including dispatch and customer service, to resolve customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, as set by management
  • Work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and one to three months related experience or related training/certification preferred

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a high level of service to arenaflex customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or licenses

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and software applications
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
