As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll have the opportunity to work with our best Card Members, providing them with exceptional support and guidance to help them navigate their travel, card, and lifestyle needs. You'll be the face of arenaflex, embodying our brand and values in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Concierge, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional support to our Card Members visiting the American Express Centurion Lounge at IAH Airport. You'll be the go-to expert for all their needs, from travel and card-related issues to lifestyle suggestions and recommendations. Your goal will be to create a seamless and memorable experience for our Card Members, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty to the arenaflex brand. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming Card Members upon arrival at the lounge
• Providing personalized support and guidance to Card Members, addressing their needs and concerns
• Making proactive recommendations to Card Members, based on their preferences and interests
• Utilizing the Client's First approach to address Card Member needs and expectations
• Providing travel counsel and making reservations on their behalf
• Collaborating with food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our Card Members
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and expertise in all interactions

Requirements:

To succeed as a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium or high-end environment
• Experience in a carrier, lounge, or travel industry setting, including reservation experience
• Proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with Card Members
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex issues
• Proficiency in using technology, including web-based platforms and tools
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain tasks
