The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be working as a live chat support agent, providing assistance to customers via our clients' websites. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with their queries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems. With full training provided, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, while also working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via live chat, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer interactions
  • Work independently, using your own initiative and judgment to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate responses to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or live chat environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software applications, and internet-based tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems, including CRM and ticketing systems
  • Experience working with customers in a live chat or phone environment
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in customer service
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
