Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support via various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone. Responsibilities

Qualifications

* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of online platforms and customer support principles.
