Key Responsibilities

As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, providing accurate information and guidance on arenaflex products and services.
  • Assisting card members with account management, billing inquiries, and dispute resolution, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
