Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, using a guide to ensure a smooth and efficient experience
- Resolving technical issues and answering customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or a comparable technology, is preferred
- Offering additional products and services to customers, while maintaining a customer-centric approach
- Providing expert customer experiences with a smile
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
- Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Desire to learn new technologies and adapt to changing situations
- A reliable computer, internet connection, and smartphone
