Your Impact at arenaflex

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and instant messaging. You'll have the opportunity to interact with people from diverse backgrounds, and no two days will be the same. Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer support via phone, email, or instant messaging, resolving simple and basic support issues, and escalating more complex issues to the Product Support department
  • Processing a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries, and troubleshooting customer problems to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
  • Tracking and documenting inbound support requests, updating customer information, and ensuring accurate entry of contact details
  • Meeting quality standards, adhering to schedule, and maintaining average handle time
  • Providing guidance and mentoring to less experienced associates, as needed
  • Performing other related duties assigned by management

Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Typing speed of 25 WPM
  • Proficiency in PC operation and navigation
  • Effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
