Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Traveling Customer Trainer, you'll embark on an exciting journey, traveling approximately 80% of the time to install and convert our software for customers. You'll work closely with dealership management to understand their needs, customize the system, and train key personnel on how to use our solution. When not on the road, you'll support current customers, prepare for future trips, and conduct follow-ups from your home office.

Training and Development

Our comprehensive training program lasts approximately 2-3 months and includes:

• Department observations to gain a deeper understanding of our software and its applications
• Classroom instruction on product training and automotive dealership operations
• On-the-job training with a mentor to ensure a smooth transition into your role
• Opportunities to see our solutions in action by visiting car dealerships that already utilize our software

Key Responsibilities

* Travel to customer sites (approximately 80% of the time) to install and convert our software

• Meet with dealership management to understand their needs and customize the system
• Train key personnel on how to use our solution
• Support current customers, prepare for future trips, and conduct follow-ups from your home office
• Collaborate with experienced representatives to assist with customer set-up and implementation
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's software solutions

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Ability to travel 80% of the time
• Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing
