Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Clerk to join our team at our Carlisle, PA distribution center. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting time and production data into the Blue Chip computer system, generating and distributing production reports to Management, and analyzing system output to troubleshoot errors. Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Input time and production data for all DC associates into the Blue Chip computer system, including summarizing production sheets, checking for accuracy, and reporting errors (65% of time)
• Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reporting to DC Management and Payroll (15% of time)
• Analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data (10% of time)
• File paperwork in accordance with established procedures and rotate files periodically for storage (5% of time)
• Perform other projects as assigned (5% of time)

• Technical/Functional Competence: Proficiency in using computer systems, including the Blue Chip system, and ability to learn new software applications quickly

• Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions with minimal guidance

Qualifications and Special Skills:

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and special skills:

• Previous clerical/administrative experience, preferably in a data entry or operations role
• 10-key experience (fast and accurate)
• Good math skills and ability to perform calculations accurately
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and Management

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this role is $17/hour, with an additional $3/hour shift differential for 3rd shift work.
