As a New Customer Acquisition Representative I, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding arenaflex's customer base. Key Responsibilities

As a New Customer Acquisition Representative I, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients as a trusted advisor on arenaflex solutions
  • Prospecting, qualifying, and processing leads from various lead generation sources
  • Developing and maintaining an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet annual quota objectives
  • Growing the revenue stream by identifying new logo opportunities, win-back opportunities, and close cross-sell opportunities
  • Effectively communicating the value proposition to prospective customers through a consultative process to ensure the majority convert to customers
  • Maintaining consistent and accurate data in Salesforce to support territory, account planning, and forecasting

Education and Experience

* Bachelor's Degree: Required

  • Years of Relevant Experience: 2 to 4 years
  • Minimum of two (2) years of high-value, business-to-business, solution sales experience
  • Proven success in new customer acquisition

Essential Skills and/or Certifications

* Highly driven, focused, and committed with a proven track record of consistent sales achievement

  • Proven ability to work independently as well as a member of a team with flexibility to adapt and manage change effectively in an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to manage and report on opportunities throughout the various stages within the sales pipeline
  • Salesforce expertise a plus
  • Ability to operate in a high-velocity, metrics-driven sales organization
  • Positive "can-do" attitude, sense of urgency, and strong desire to be successful
  • Strong phone presence with active listening, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Show an ownership mindset in everything you do; be a problem solver, be curious, and be inspired to take action, be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success
  • Continuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues, and mentors as well as widen and broaden your competencies through structured courses and programs

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, bonus structure, and benefits package that includes:

  • Base salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
  • Bonus structure: Up to 20% of base salary
  • Benefits package: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off
