The Opportunity

As an Experienced Customer Care Consultant, you'll join a team of premier customer care professionals who are dedicated to delivering outstanding service and support to our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver a world-class experience for arenaflex's customers during every interaction

  • Provide personalized customer service of the highest level by establishing rapport and presenting a positive, friendly demeanor
  • Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and effective solutions to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Essential Qualifications

* Prior experience in customer service, contact center, financial services, or a similar industry

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience required; associate or bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ years' experience in contact center, financial services, or a similar industry

  • Experience in consumer banking, preferably servicing checking, debit card, savings, CD, IRA, and Trust accounts
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Skills and Competencies

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
