As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same.

Your Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to address their questions and/or concerns.

Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.

*

Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.

*

Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.

*

Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.

*

Providing feedback on call issues.

*

Upselling if required.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Proven call center experience.

*

Entry-level network troubleshooting:

*

Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network

*

Ability to set up and configure a router or switch.

*

Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer.

*

Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.

*

Must be 18 years of age or older.

*

Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.

* Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems. *

Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

To work from home, you will need to meet the following requirements:
