Your Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Connecting with customers: Field customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns.
- Calmly resolving issues: Attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Escalating interactions: Know when to escalate interactions to ensure that customers receive the support they need.
- Tracking call-related information: Accurately track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Providing feedback: Share your insights and feedback on call issues to help us improve our services.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell our services and products to customers.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience: You'll need at least 6 months of customer service experience to be considered for this role.
- Must be 18 years of age or older: You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this position.
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute: You'll need to be able to type at least 25 words per minute to meet the demands of this role.
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems: You'll need to be comfortable using desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred: While not required, customer service and/or sales experience is preferred for this role.
- College degree preferred but not required: A college degree is not required, but it's preferred.

Work from Home Requirements
To work from home as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
