Your Responsibilities

As an Evening Remote Chat Support Agent, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch customer service to our users via live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing timely and accurate support to customers via live chat during evening hours
• Resolving questions and concerns related to orders, billing, subscriptions, and promotions
• Utilizing templates and saved replies to respond quickly and consistently to customer inquiries
• Tagging each conversation for internal tracking and analytics
• Escalating complex issues to Tier 2 support when necessary
• Maintaining a professional, calm, and helpful tone throughout your shift

• High-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps)

• A quiet work environment during scheduled shifts

Pay & Schedule Breakdown

* Start at $25/hour

• Agents with strong feedback after 30 shifts are eligible for raises to $30–$35/hour
• Shifts are available every night of the week, with 4–6 hour blocks between 5 PM and 12 AM (your local time or U.S. EST/PST)
• Work as few as 3 evenings/week

Training Program

Our comprehensive training program will ensure you're equipped to succeed in this role. You'll receive:

• 2 hours of training videos focused on night shift workflows
• Mock chats with response coaching
• First shift monitored by a QA lead
• Go live within 3–5 business days after acceptance

Sample Evening Shift

Imagine working from 6 PM–10 PM, providing support to customers via live chat. A customer needs help finding their welcome email – you resend the activation link. Another user wants to pause their membership – you walk them through it using a macro. A third asks about a loyalty discount – you verify their eligibility. All communication is chat-only – calm, structured, and quiet.
