What You Will Be Doing
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. This may include support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. You will be working independently, closely following provided steps and instructions, and utilizing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and issue resolution
Contract Length and Rate
* Contract length: No fixed term
- Rate: $35 per hour
Skills and Background Needed
* Must have a device able to access social media and app-based chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
- Have 10+ hours availability per week
- Reliable internet connectivity
Hours and Location
* Hours per week: 10+ hours a week
- Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
