Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team and support our projects in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data entry. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers and division administrative managers to ensure all data is collected and entered accurately, and that billing and documentation are performed correctly. This is an in-person position that requires the candidate to work on-site at arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy

  • Work closely with project managers and division administrative managers to ensure all data is collected and entered accurately
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data entry and processing
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

* High School diploma or equivalent required

  • 1 to 3 years of clerical or administrative experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Advanced typing ability (at least 40 wpm)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a data entry or administrative role in a similar industry

  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems
  • Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g. Certified Administrative Assistant)
  • Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with colleagues
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
