Responsibilities:

As a Swedish Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming chat, mail, or phone calls from customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues
  • Building relations of trust through open and interactive communication, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods and tools provided
  • Keeping records of customer interaction, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Fluency in Swedish (C1 - C2)
  • Very good command of English (B2 – C1)
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
