Key Responsibilities:

• Assist members with insurance coverage questions, prescription refills, billing concerns, and account inquiries, providing clear and concise information to resolve their issues.
• Navigate arenaflex systems to locate account information, process updates, and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, using our proprietary software to track and analyze customer feedback.
• Follow company policies and privacy regulations, ensuring HIPAA compliance at all times and maintaining the trust of our customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex cases when needed, working together to find solutions that meet our customers' needs.
• Meet or exceed performance targets for response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction, consistently delivering exceptional results.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent (some college or healthcare-related coursework preferred).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with email, online forms, and data entry.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced remote environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
• Previous customer service experience preferred; healthcare or pharmacy background is a plus.
