Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience.
  • Assisting customers with prescription status, billing questions, insurance verification, order tracking, and account-related issues, providing accurate and timely solutions.
  • Resolving customer complaints with patience and efficiency, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate departments, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Documenting customer interactions accurately using internal systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and support.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to streamline support processes and enhance the customer experience, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Meeting performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED; an associate degree or higher is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and using customer support software, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism, upholding the highest standards of integrity and discretion.

Experience

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, call center, or healthcare support role.

Working Hours
