As a part-time remote customer service representative agent, you'll have the opportunity to participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments. With most of our paid focus group studies, you can choose to participate remotely online or in-person, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home and earn up to $750 per week.
Compensation and Benefits
At arenaflex, we value our panelists and offer competitive compensation for their time and expertise. You can expect to earn:
- $75-$150 per 1-hour session
- $300-$750 for multi-session studies

Job Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to:
- Show up at least 10 minutes before the discussion start time
- Participate by completing written and oral instructions
- Complete written surveys provided for each panel
- Use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to the meeting date
To qualify for this role, you'll need:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Access to a high-speed internet connection
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No prior customer service representative agent experience is necessary
