Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with clients through various channels, including phone, email, text, and chat. You'll provide exceptional service, explain and update benefit options, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with a virtual team to hit daily goals. With full training provided, no experience is necessary – we'll equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outgoing calls, emails, texts, and chats to clients to provide exceptional service and support
- Explain and update benefit options to ensure clients understand their coverage and options
- Maintain accurate records and policy details to ensure seamless client interactions
- Provide excellent service with a friendly attitude, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with a virtual team to hit daily goals and achieve sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* No experience? No problem – we train you fully to ensure you're equipped for success
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Reliable, organized, and motivated to succeed, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Zoom, email, and online tools
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be willing to obtain a license in Life and Health Insurance to provide expert guidance to clients
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance-related role
- Familiarity with insurance products and services, including life, health, and retirement plans
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
