Job Summary

As a Phone Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via inbound phone calls to encourage subscription retention and minimize cancellations. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service that exceeds their expectations. This role requires a unique blend of communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach to maintain high retention rates and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers via inbound phone calls to encourage subscription retention and minimize cancellations

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations
  • Identify and anticipate customer needs to prevent cancellations and promote retention
  • Effectively prioritize work time to ensure productivity standards are achieved
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge

  • Passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to speak in a pleasant tone, retain composure, and gain confidence of the customer
  • Proficient ability to read, write, and speak the English language
  • Ability to identify and anticipate customer needs
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills to ensure productivity standards are achieved
  • Customer Service background or experience working with people
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, team-oriented culture

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
