Job Summary

As a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences across various touchpoints, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your primary focus will be on delivering guidance and assistance to customers, while ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors. You'll work closely with our Collision Estimators to facilitate efficient repairs, while adhering to arenaflex's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners, and industry guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers in person or on the phone, determine their needs, and respond promptly with guidance and assistance

  • Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking, and photographing vehicles
  • Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for active customer deliveries
  • Communicate effectively with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs
  • Adhere to arenaflex's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners, and industry guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Provide personable, friendly, and "World Class" customer service to internal and external customers

Requirements

* 2+ years of customer-facing experience; sales experience a plus

  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under our company insurance policy
  • Ability to do consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
  • Passion for learning the collision industry
  • Ability to understand instructions, both written and verbal
  • Capacity to prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the collision industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of insurance partners and industry guidelines
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
