Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Conducting customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate clients about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
