Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Support Specialist - Off Hours, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive support to our members, addressing payment, loyalty, and general inquiries within the arenaflex Rewards platform.
  • Triage incoming tickets, identifying emerging trends, and escalating them to relevant internal departments for resolution.
  • Documenting necessary information and escalating ongoing patterns internally to ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams and our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team to address and resolve member issues effectively.
  • Developing a deep understanding of our products, features, and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Staying updated on new product releases and enhancements to effectively communicate benefits to members as the company scales.
  • Staying organized and patient while understanding the specifics of each member's needs and the unique nuances of each partner's business operations.
  • Adapting to diverse business models and tailoring your support to meet individual member needs.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, even when handling complex inquiries.

Qualifications

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual with:

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in a support or operations-type role.
  • Extremely strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • A team player who's able to learn new platforms quickly and is patient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driven to take on new responsibilities, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail with the intelligence to use critical thinking for solutions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and priorities.
  • Ability to deal with extremely confidential and sensitive information.
  • BONUS POINTS: Zendesk experience (admin preferred) and Rewards knowledge.

Compensation and Equity

We're committed to transparency and fairness in our compensation practices. Our salary range for a Customer Experience Team Member is $65,000 - $75,000, with eligibility for equity and an annual performance-based bonus. We'll work with you to determine your individual compensation package based on your experience and performance.
