The Role

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong Communication and People Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Self-Motivated and Reliable Work Ethic: A proven track record of meeting deadlines, achieving goals, and delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Previous Experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Sales: While not required, previous experience in customer-facing roles is highly desirable, as is a willingness to learn and grow (insurance license a plus—we provide training and guidance)
