Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a remote or call center environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills, with experience using CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the pet industry or with pet-related products

  • Knowledge of pet behavior, nutrition, and health
  • Experience using customer service software, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
