Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Entry-Level Chat Support Specialist to join our remote customer support team. As a Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

- Respond to inbound and outbound leads through Facebook direct message, answering customer questions and resolving issues
- Utilize comprehensive training and resources to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service and live chat support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues resolved
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* Basic English writing skills
- Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and reliable internet connectivity
- Ability to work in a remote, structured environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat software
