Responsibilities

As a Customer Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through live chat, phone, and email
  • Collaborating with our technical support team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Documenting customer interactions and issues thoroughly
  • Utilizing judgment to sense customer emotions and respond with empathy and patience
  • Monitoring the service desk ticket queue and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely resolution
  • Being proactive in communicating with customers, using phone calls and emails to resolve issues
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous technical customer support experience, preferably in a software or SaaS environment
  • Knowledge of SQL and REST API, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
