Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat platform, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding products, services, and company policies, ensuring consistency and quality in all interactions
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, utilizing problem-solving skills and empathy to de-escalate situations
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with team members
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions, adhering to communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize customer service processes, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve overall performance

Essential Qualifications:
