Job Summary

As a Live Chat Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to clients across various industries. You will work remotely, responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts, answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. With a flexible schedule and the ability to work independently, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts in a timely and accurate manner

  • Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Work independently, following provided steps and instructions to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Collaborate with our team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to continuously improve customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and sales targets

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, marketing, communications) preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on live chat or phone support
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting performance metrics and deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • 5+ hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and live chat platforms
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with a focus on driving sales and customer satisfaction
