Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance through online chat channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolving customer complaints, concerns, or issues by offering solutions and alternatives.
  • Providing accurate product or service information based on customer needs.
  • Maintaining knowledge of company products, services, and policies to ensure accurate communication.
  • Escalating issues that require further assistance or special handling to the appropriate department.
  • Handling multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
  • Recording detailed information regarding customer interactions in the company's customer management system.
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any ongoing concerns.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions.
  • Meeting performance metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction scores.

Experience

While previous experience in customer service or an online support role is preferred, we're open to candidates who are eager to learn and grow with our team. If you have experience with live chat platforms, helpdesk software, or CRM tools, that's a plus. Additionally, experience working remotely or managing work independently is beneficial.
