Experienced Customer Service Executive – Live Chat, Remote, 8AM - 5PM PT

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Executive at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating in-depth knowledge of our products to customers, helping them choose the most suitable product and placing orders with confidence
- Providing high-level customer service and responding to service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Following up on customer interactions to ensure that every issue is resolved to their satisfaction
- Coordinating with other functions, such as Operations, Finance, and Product, to resolve ongoing issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of our customer service process and company products and services, helping us to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in retail, e-commerce, and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms)
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment on both live chat and phone
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer satisfaction focus
- Fluency in English, with bilingual skills a plus
- A hardworking and detail-oriented attitude, with a young, dynamic, and creative mindset
- A willingness to always be curious and always learning
