Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via live chat, email, and phone

  • Sharing product knowledge, promotions, and sales links to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A friendly and approachable personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing
  • A reliable laptop, phone, or tablet, and a stable internet connection
  • A quiet and dedicated workspace, free from distractions and interruptions

Preferred Qualifications

While prior experience in live chat support is not required, we welcome candidates with:

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web development languages
  • Experience with CRM software, helpdesk platforms, or other customer support tools
