Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via online chat support
  • Assisting customers with their inquiries, complaints, and product-related questions
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues while maintaining a positive and friendly tone
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, empathy, and communication when interacting with clients
  • Ensuring that customers' needs are met efficiently, enhancing their experience and satisfaction
  • Recording and documenting customer interactions, issues, and solutions in the support system
  • Staying updated on company products, services, and promotions to offer relevant information to customers

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

While prior experience in customer service or online chat support is not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service or support role
  • Experience in online chat support or remote work is an advantage
  • Previous experience working in a flexible or part-time role is beneficial

Working Hours
