The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Chat Support Agent to join our Customer Support team. As a Chat Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, providing timely, accurate, and personalized support to ensure a seamless customer experience. This is a full-time, hourly position that requires fluency in English and a genuine passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by providing clear and concise instructions.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members and share insights to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company updates, and relevant industry trends.
  • Deliver empathetic, patient, and understanding communication to ensure a positive experience for every customer.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar customer support or chat-based role preferred.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
