Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Agent to join our remote team. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for managing inbound customer communications, consulting on customer success, maintaining working product knowledge, and tracking interactions in our CRM system. Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing Inbound Customer Communications: Answer incoming emails to address customer questions, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
To succeed as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: A degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 Years Proven Experience in Supporting Client Success: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support in a client-facing role.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with customers, both in writing and verbally, to address their needs and concerns.
- Ability to Address Complaints and Issues with Effective Solutions and a Positive Attitude: A customer-centric approach to resolving complaints and issues, with a focus on finding solutions that meet customers' needs.
- Passion for Delighting Customers with Above and Beyond Service: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations.
